Proposed and project managed a large-scale, contextual inquiry discovery research project, that would serve as the foundation of an e-commerce redesign adding 7 unique platforms’ requirements into 1 new unified B2B pharmaceutical e-commerce platform

Guided the information architecture strategy and collaborated with product stakeholders to create a user-centered global navigation for our new pharma e-commerce website by conducting a card sort, tree test, and desktop and mobile usability tests 

Collaborated closely with product leads to create a platform feedback survey to track key experience metrics across releases and collect product pain points

Increased program’s UX maturity by creating templated resources (study guides, presentation slide decks, heuristic evaluation boards, research strategy boards), a centralized recommendation and status tracker, a UX onboarding guide, and establishing and documenting a standard research process to ensure a standardized and high-quality research experience across squads

Helped grow UX researchers by providing opportunities for collaboration on complex projects, providing feedback on research guides and readouts, and providing a forum for cross-team learning and sharing
